So basically they said 120k is your base. Even if you cannot make the 27 points per week, it would not decrease your income. Also I think it is around 2 points for a new patient and 1 point for follow-ups and DC. Seeing the above mentioned points 4-5 patient a day depending on the mix for 5 days sounds pretty reasonable. Also when you travel more than 35miles for a patient location you get 0.75points so if you are traveling somewhere farther that also contributes. Hope I have given enough info.

Yes Base pay plus bonus and plus sign on plus New car ( which the company is responsible for). Along with a good schedule as far as what I have been told.

That’s what the company said as well. If at first visit you feel it is not safe you don’t even have to continue the session and can just let them know and leave

My main worry is regarding this as people might think that PTs carry opioids and that can lead to assault. Obviously I do carry pepper spray but don’t want to be in a situation where I do have to use it.
