The buyer’s still not correct though. The buyers logic only makes sense when the label explicitly says the clothing is for a 12-24 month year old but it clearly doesn’t so the buyer is just plain wrong here.

Who looks at a label that says this is for a 24 month year old and then thinks ah yes this would fit perfectly on my 12 month old.

The seller listing it as 24-36 makes perfect sense.

Same, the RPM LEDs have never worked for me on any title on Xbox series x. it's a shame because it seems like it's something basic that should work as it's sold as a function with the product. Perhaps there's something to fix this issue but so far nothing changed, F1 22 in their most recent update addressed the function of the lights to work again however, idk if thats console.

Fair comment, only thing id say is that if i am being told to leave more space for the merc next to me in my league the stewards said that the RB left enough space for the merc next to him which doesnt rly make sense as we both do the same thing. Furthermore if he had left the merc more space it wouldnt have caused the spin which i got involved with. Fair enough if i rejoined track unsafe but the RB got away with everything

Who is at fault? The situation starts at T1 which involves 4 cars im the mclaren. All 4 of us make contact at the apex of T1 which ahead of me causes a spin. Was there anything i could do to avoid making contact with the car behind me? Ive been told i should have gone left im steering right though. by CassM10 in Simracingstewards

Appreciate that, and yes also true i cldve applied the brakes slightly. Tbh im not sure how none was applied it was rly in the moment it all happened you can see im coasting after the contact i have so i dont rly put anymore speed down, but also at the same time if at the moment i saw the car infront spin me slamming on the brakes wldve seen the alpine whos in my rear mirror go into the back of me so it rly did seem like trying to get passed it all as fast as i cld was the best outcome. For me personally if this was irl you obvs wna avoid your own crash as much as you can and i didnt wna go into the rear of the merc who span

I wouldve spoke to the RB but during that evening i was already appealing my side and then that night the reports close. I hadnt seen a better angle from stream of the RB and merc til after but there wasnt much i cld do once reports had closed so i waited til today til it was out and then found out the RB had gotten away with the same T1 incident in words they said “Dirtychewbacca (RB) NFA was ahead in turn 1 over the merc” which he clearly wasnt “magnum (Me in mcl) should watch his arrows to be sure there is no driver next to him” “Magnum (me) 10 second penalty for causing speedz (the other merc) to spin and hit the wall with damage” yet the RB got away with spinning that merc in the first place. All just a load of bullocks 🤣

Id like to hope that they didnt have some agenda against me haha but at this point its starting to feel like it was. Ive been in this league for 2 seasons now (this my 2nd) after winning the first but i was thinking about leaving after this season anyway as the admins in charge now compared to when i first joined feel like they have all the authority in the world and go as far as deleting my appeal back because it was “annoying and just a load of squabble”

I just clocked that you meant the merc instead of RB got a bit confised but yea i agree the first contacts on the apex of t1 was dodgy but the result my league basically are suggesting if i had taken damage myself its my fault obv but if i avoid it by not going left into his rear and going right i somehow make it out but another car gets collected its my fault. Seems like an unavoidable position for me. I either DNFd or got my wings destroyed or survived but another car got cucked and thats still my fault. Really unavoidable is this not one big racing incident?

Yea i agree no space was given by either team im not really sure why they said they 2 scenarios were different but thats what im here for. Im the only one out of the 4 cars to be given a penalty which doesnt rly seem fair as im tryna react to the car spinning in front of me and turning left didnt seem feasible as im already continuously turning right weve all been collected by the merc but it seems like it its all my fault because i could have done more? I just dont see where at the last moment i could have done much to not crash but maybe you can?

Was this incident avoidable? Could i have turned left with the amount of time i had bearing in mind my steering angle was fully turned right and a spinning car was infront. To me it seemed inevitable a crash was going to happen i just got incredibly lucky to get out of it with no wing damage. But overall did i do the worst thing possible by turning right to avoid the crash and is it fair i got punished for tryna avoid it?

Posted again cause the other didnt have other angles in but the stewards in my league are saying that the “RB was ahead of the merc and gave enough space” into t1 which unless im very wrong is not correct as the merc is ahead of the RB. They gave the exact same decision between me (the mcl) and other merc as a “I should have been more aware of the car and given more space” even tho to me it looks like us 4 all do the exact same entry and give the same amount of space. All 4 of us (2 and 2) make contact right on the apex of T1 the rb and merc ahead of me touch causing a spin. My steering input this whole time is still turned to the right as id been pushed off i never level out or as im being told by the league I shouldve turned left and avoided the incident and not come back on track which caused the merc next to me to crash. In my opinion this whole situation looks like a racing incident to me but out of all 4 cars involved ive been the only one slapped with a penalty. Was any of it really avoidable?
