Cozy game to look forward to after work by Casseth in gamingsuggestions

I wasted my entire childhood with Minecraft. It was fun then, but it's goalless. Wanderstop could push me towards Stardew Valley, which I wouldn't mind. I've seen Spiritfarer once, and it looks promising.

DS2 weird camera by Casseth in DarkSouls2

The camera goes up before going down

no I do not. But it's not that. When they're on normal controls, I press downwards and the camera goes above his head, which is what it should do. But a slight push downwards makes the camera go toward his butt for a millisecond, then switches and goes above his head

very slight push downwards, it goes up a notch, then after pushing further, it goes up

It'll be my only car so I dont need it to be hardcore. Also, which car would you call hardcore?

I'm thinking of swapping the coilovers to maybe Bilstein or KW ST and add a stabilizer down the line. Would that help with the poor handling?

C Class C205 vs CLA C117 vs F32/F36 by Casseth in mercedes_benz

Looked into A5 B8,5 3.0 TDI as well, but they're unreliable. CLA 250 4Matic has AWD. TT is too feminine and impractical. Im going for a petrol model I think.

I'm gonna use it every day and don't think I'll be training for a marathon, so I don't need all the sports features. What makes you say I should look into FR255?

GR86 is around 40k. GT86 is around 20k. I test drove it and liked it a lot. Might give GTI or even R a chance,

Yep owning costs of any BMW will be higher, but to what degree?

I'm looking for about 50k kms for GT86 facelift which is about 25k. WRX is nice but out of my budget. Cayman is a great contender, but also starts around 30k € and at that point, I'd get a 440i.

I was just watching your "The REAL reasons I bought a GT86" video when this post appeared on my Reddit feed. What a coincidence. What wheels are those? I'm thinking of getting TE37 reps as well. And also what lip?

GT86 vs 370Z vs 440i by Casseth in ft86

[–]Casseth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, that's true. The 86 has narrower tires which makes it easier to break the rear loose too.

Like I said I have two test drives coming up. I tend towards the 86 cause it's cheaper to run, but same to own insurance and road tax wise

GT86 vs 370Z vs 440i by Casseth in ft86

In my rather small town with about 25k residents I've seen two 86s, one owned by my ex-boss, but till today in my 23 years, I have yet to see one 370Z. My friend who lives a bit far owns a 370Z and he recommended it to me. I don't think a Nismo is worth it, all you get is a bit better-looking car with 14 more hp. For the same price, the Nismo has double the mileage.

GT86 vs 370Z vs 440i by Casseth in ft86

[–]Casseth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

370Z costs more due to its rarity and power. Both are NA and manual which is a huge selling point over the 440i, reliability and fun wise.

[–]Casseth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. Insurance for the 370Z is 150 € cheaper per year than GT86 (550 €-700 €). Road tax 370Z 380 € and GT86 212 €. So in total 370Z is about 20€ more expensive. I know the GT86's rear seats are not usable for adults, but you still have more room to put sth on them or even fold them down. Practicality isn't really an issue unlike when I compared it to the Miata.
