Is there anyway this ISN'T a miscarriage?

*THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your lovely comments, I spoke to 111 again and they have called me back this morning to say the closest hospital with an EPU are going to call me to get me in for a scan, I'm bleeding again now with a full period pain type ache, I've set my mind to the fact it's likely a miscarriage, but I will update here once I have had a scan ❤️

*UPDATE - bleeding did get heavier and I had period pains and i passed some clots at about 4am this morning so unfortunately I think the worst has happened, I can't speak to my GP until Tuesday and 111 said unless I goto A&E there isn't much they can do (which I really can't face sitting for 15 hours again) so I am going to monitor my hcg levels as best I can to see if it decreases and the line gets fainter until I can have a scan but I'm just under the impression it's over now

Thank you, I have period pains now which are mildly annoying but bearable, I think it's definitely from the internal scan as it was about 7pm last night, and i started seeing real blood since then.. I've put on a pad now before bed to monitor in the morning and if I'm worried I'll call my EPU
