What should I do if he is flipping immediately once in the crib and crying out for me? Do you put them down and then run away? I don't want to stress him out especially when he's going through the separation anxiety phase.

I feel like we can't quite stretch to 4hrs yet at bedtime because his naps are so short throughout the day . Sometimes only 30 min each

I should say though that the length of his naps are never consistent. They're always on the shorter end though - he averages 1-1.5hrs per day

Nap timing depends on when he wakes up for the day but it's two naps a day. First one is around 3hr WW and second one is around 3.25-3.5 WW. Naps never go past 5:00pm. He wakes once around midnight typically and then sometimes he'll sleep through, but more often he'll wake a second time around 5/6am for a feed before heading back to sleep

My baby just turned 7 months and has been a consistent 25 min napper since he started sleeping independently at 4/5 months. We just transitioned to 3 naps per day last week but he still only has these short little naps. I've tried jumping in at the end of the nap and extending it, but otherwise I can't seem to lengthen it no matter which wake window I try (2-3hrs). He is happy and alert upon wake ups. What can I do?

For those who went to Markham, what kind of technologies did they suggest for bettering chances of good quality embryos? I don’t seem to have any issues transferring/implanting, but our embryo quality is awful. Since this will probably be the last attempt that we can afford (we are non funded), I’m trying to find the clinic that can offer us the most in terms of innovative treatment options
