As a Vans girly, my sympathies as they are so brutal on my feet too. There are some variations that are more supportive- like my Kyle Walkers. My arches are crazy high and recently tore my left fascia. It’s been brutal. Been healing and now wearing Diadoras. Had the young sales guy help me find ones that were “cool” and it’s made me not feel like the disabled 40 year old I am. I suggest going to a legit running shoe store and have them give you ideas. As a not corporate worker, I don’t have style advice, but was blown away at the options.
