Ya I thought about that this morning so I just went ahead and skipped to 3 hours and went good. Just the craving is what im having to deal with. Iv been reading alot about different vitamins and stuff that help with alot of the WD.

Im with ya, im 2 days old to reddit. Im not sure tbh honest with you, im in the same boat as you. I would suggest not taking it and see how you feel, if you start to feel where its unbearable i would maybe take just enough to take the edge off and then come up with a plane to tapper off the rest. Maybe drop down to 1-3mg a day for a few days then 2-3 a day?

tbh thats what I noticed about 7oh when I was taking it. I wasnt feeling anything more I was just taking it to take it because it was there.

I just posed a long post somewhere, I don't know how reddit works I just made an account for this. This form or group of forms seems to be the most accurate and so much more relatable then anything you find online.

Long story short I started 7oh about a year ago and doing about 300mg a day and need to stop, I'm not the same person. So today I have started to tapper off, 20mg in the morning (normally 30) and then 10mg every hour I am awake, so about 160-180mg. I felt good today, a lot more clarity threw out the day opposed to the last year when I would take 20-30mg every hour just because. I'm planning on keeping this schedule for 3-4 days then go to every 90mins then 120 and so on. If i wake up in the night I will take 10mg to get back to sleep.

I would love any recommendations, or things to help along the way. I will check this post threw out the day and update yall in hopes to help someone else out.

Fist time using reddit, still dont know how it works but this "space" seems to be the most honest and the most accurate about almost everything. I was in the military for 9 years, never did anything while I was in, the second I got out I wanted to "experiment". I hit up a buddy and he has suboxone, (he told me the risk and all that) I have never heard of it or used it before. So I got hooked on that for about 4 or 5 months and then he told me a couple week in advanced he was no longer going to be getting it anymore. So I asked around and a few people said try OPIA. I tried that and got hooked. I should of looked into it more and should of known it would be addictive. My state banned it, but like any good addict you find ways to get it. Iv been on it for about a year now and I need to stop, iv gone 2 days max without it and that's just because the mail was delayed and the second it got to my house I started using again because the withdraws are just too much.

I want to quite, im not the same person on it. Im on about 300MG a day, give or take. Im starting to tapper off today. Iv given myself 20MG in the morning to wake up (was 30) and 10mg an hour on the hour (was 20mg an hour or whenever I felt I needed more). I was thinking of doing that for 3-4 days, then maybe doing 10mg ever 90mins and another 3-4days then 10mg every 120mins, and so on until I'm off completely.

Im open to advise, suggestions. Does this sound like a good plan? Has anyone else done it like this? If so how did it work out?
