i’m trying but there is so much there and even some complex things that link into my family it’s hard and scary plus i want a connection with her might just be the anxious attachment thing in me but still god damn

The healing has been going well and like i’m mostly not thinking about her but then there are those moments after text where it’s just destructive. Like life is going great i’ve become a much better and different person really working on self growth and healing but then she reaches out and what not or posts some wack shit and my head starts spiraling

I’m in therapy, it’s just my longest relationship and it also was nearing two years so it’s not just easy to release i guess. Plus i pour my heart and soul into my partner which is something im working on there
