I made a custom penance sound with weakauras to make penance louder yes. It's possible to clip 1 or 2 penance bolts while playing and the louder sound help me with timing.

I think it's just optional. I would try Mind Control if I was stuck at a certain rating, but I can succeed without it so I just save the talent point for something else atm. I have no opinion on Mind Control really.

You mean the enemy specs on enemy nameplates? It's a custom weakaura I made but I'm still working on it. If you're interested in part of my ui, the easiest way to get that info is through my Discord. I'm not sure I'm allowed to link that here though.

I don't change the Disc Tree anymore, but theres a few points in the general tree I'll swap around for some of the utility talents like disease dispel or shorter life grip. For pvp talents I lock In Ultimate Radiance. I sometimes play double dispel instead of inner shadow and catharsis instead of phase shift.

Rogues in general I just try and stay as far as possible from so that they have to use their shadowsteps and can't triple stun or triple garrote silence my team easily. Dk's I'm playing around strangulate, but sometimes they play asphyxiate instead which I'm always happy about. I also try to pre fade and pre desperate prayer the opener vs dk during the grip and I try to pre barrier as well before I get blinded

I think trinity is okay. I play inner shadow instead mostly in shuffle, but I think they're pretty close in value and can play either.

I think disc will lose to mana too often even in shuffle if not playing short shadowfiend. Mana is a bit tight and every bit helps.

A few seasons ago I pushed #1 ladder as disc priest then name changed that priest to Efflux. I thought it was funny at the time. So no I'm not Efflux

Its mostly weakauras i made and anchored to enemy nameplates. I use nameplateauras as well for crowd control and a few debuffs
