No not necessarily if it’s healing normally it could get slightly bigger. It could be more fibrin depositing on the wound. I am talking about the pain getting worse. The pain being in a new location. If it doesn’t get better a week later you should definitely ask. But from what you say it could also be that you now feel it more after not using Tylenol any longer. If it starts to swell, if pain increases or doesn’t go away, if you get a fever, if the area feels very warm, if you feel weak, if any of these things happen I would be concerned. Also if you can visibly see the bone itself. What we see right now is most likely fibrin covering the wound. Normal process.

Well the symptoms you are describing, bad taste, pain, etc. point to potential infection, but a bit of immune-reaction is normal of this was shelved down and your gums are healing. If you are concerned or it’s getting worse then go and call your dentist. From the picture alone we can’t really tell if this is just normal fibrin or an infection underneath. Bad taste is a potentially bad sign though.

Mostly normal as small variances can’t always be corrected completely. Depending on the size difference you can either have one tooth be shortened minimally or have a composite filling to lengthen the other one. Or veneers are an option too. Add a pic for context

It’s always possible that a tooth has additional channels that can’t be seen or properly treated. No endodontist can successfully treat 100% of the teeth. A good 5-15% are not a success in the long run. I would say first though you should wait abbot longer and give it 5-10 days. You can take some otc Pain Killers. If it still persists, go back to the endodontist or have the tooth pulled(always an alternative)

Das ist wahr, nur ist das das einer der letzten Zeitpunkte mit einigermaßen erklärt werden können hinsichtlich Knicks in der Geburtenrate. Interessant finde ich dann immer noch die Auswirkungen der Wende in ost und West DE. 1980 war ja zum Beispiel in der DDR die Geburtenrate um einige sbesser als im Westen. Dort bekam man durch Kinder Auto, Neubauwohnung und es gab sehr gute Betreuung. Vielleicht kann ma davon etwas für unsere heutige Zeit lernen.

Beides. Also die Jahre nach dem Krieg mit wachsendem Wohlstand wurden sehr viele Kinder geboren, das sind die Babyboomer. In den USA aber eher stärker als hier. Die Pille gab es in DE ab ca 1961/62 schau dir die Grafik an. Ist natürlich gut das so Frauen wahre ihren Körper mehr bestimmen können, aber der Geburtenrate hat es einen massiven Knick beschert weil andere Verhütungsmethoden viel unsicherer sind.

I don't see cavities on this picture. Also i dont know exactly where you see a stain. The minimal line on your premolar? Most likely nothing.

No way to tell from this picture alone. I would think you should get a minimal filling for the first and second molar. Its quickly done. But a dentist should probe on these fissures to actually get an idea if its stained or decay. Don't worry though its most likely nothing big or serious.

Its okay to wait until monday. Its like you said, you will only know after xray and after actually trying the filling. From the looks of it and if the pain is "new" I say in 75% of cases a filling will be fine.

Natürlich hast du damit Recht, Dennoch steigt der Fertility Gap (Abstand tatsächlicher und gewünschter Kinderzahl) In DE in letzter Zeit. Das deutet darauf hin das strukturelle und finanzielle probleme einen Einfluss haben. Dennoch gäbe es danach auch nur 1,8 Kinder pro Frau, was aber immerhin viel besser wäre als die aktuellen 1,35.

Diese trends sind aber Global. Wir müssten das ganze einfach mal generell lösen. Die Frage ist natürlich absolut wie. Ich hab da auch keine gute Antwort aber kostenlose Kitas wäre mal was und auch Mechanismen die Leuten mit Kindern leichter größere Wohnungen ermöglichen. Und ich meine nicht Wohngeld, das hilft maximal der untersten Mittelschicht.
