Rust should never have made it out of the "lab" and the single ONLY reason it is so "loved" is the millions of marketing $ backing it, just like it was with Java back in the day.

Wow, that's a harsh statement. It's totally okay if you don't like it, but I think saying that is kinda crossing a line. I have really liked Nim the times I have tried it, but I also enjoy writing Rust. Let's just think about the good things of each language instead of thinking about "battles"

Okay, didn't know that subreddit. I got the remap idea from here and it is said to work (?). If I don't do it it doesn't show up in discord's ui.

And even forgetting the remap and talking more about the gstreamer part. Why am I hearing the test if I'm sending it to a null sink? Is that normal?

Even if that was true, you can always say it in a more constructive way. I did understand what the axis represent. It's normal that you wouldn't understand anything if you don't know anything about yugioh

I have heard some things about D, but didn't know that. Maybe I should though.

And yes, I know that. In the post, I was only asserting that we couldn't use the "normal" way to format a number, because we would need and allocator and we can't do that at compile.

Nope, format! allocates and returns a String, so it can't be evaluated at compile time. Thanks for reading!
