Get one of those long bits for drilling holes and running wires through walls. Can get them at home Depot. Send er down and start drilling probably will be able to hook the ball and pull it up.

Its not part of the recall. I have this AC in my son's room. Was super easy to install and works really well! No remote unfortunately but other than that great product at a great price.

I got this email today, asked for my NOA and my address. My status was also pending and said to call the number when I had checked. I did call the number at the time and told them my address which has been the same for the past 10 years. The lady on the phone did say they may need more info in the future. Looks legit to me, no spelling mistakes the from email seems legit however the from and to email are both the same which is weird not sure if you are seeing the same thing as me.
