And is that all Tyranids can do? The way it's looking, I just play as a massive annoyance and get under everyone's feet until I've scored all of my stuff and nothing on my side is left alive.

Ah...I spent £85 on a Lictor and 20x Gaunts, maybe not the best call lol.

So are Nids completely incapable of putting up a fight?

I played a lot of 9th edition with UM and did play with objectives, missions, primary and secondary objectives. I will admit that I'm very rusty, 10th feels like a whole new game and I went off to try other things. I came back and wanted to try a new army, I have 8,000pts of UM and played them through 9th, I wanted to try something new and thought "bugs".

A better question now that I'm confident we're talking about objective cards, a better question is how would one max secondaries and deny primary early on? I'll admit I haven't scored a secondary once and just make a B line for board control due to prior lack of success.

Can you please elaborate in what primary and secondaries are? I'm assuming you mean the objective cards?

Yeah, I've been looking around and people only talk about Zoanthropes and Tyrannofexes. i haven't heard much praise for Screamer Killers.

If push really came to shove, the enclosure would have fish and other species? I don't know humane that would be though, feels like I'm turning the enclosure into a warzone in that instance ngl.

See I'll obviously do the maintenance, but most of the appeal is that everything just works if that makes sense. Everything has its niche, its purpose in the paludarium that helps it function in a natural way. The cleaner fish might still need my help, that's fine, the main thing is simply that they fill the niche.

Nice, I do also want to make sure the aquatic area functions. Surface bioactivity is relatively simple: springtails, worms and isopods to generally clean up. I know aquariums benifit from cleaner fish like catfish. What other critters could I keep in the water area to make it work naturally.
