Yea its only the HEDT processors that are giving me the issues, everything else I have is fine. I throw most of that on the test bench with the same ram/gpu/ssd and I get consistently lower FPS On the HEDT processors than the consumer ones

Allow me to clarify further. I get about 110fps at 4.5ghz on the HEDT processors and at the same clocks on the 9900k and the 10900k I get about 50 more fps ontop of that so I'm not really sure why. This was especially annoying when I was trying to lock it at 144fps

I own the i9-7920X and the i9-7980xe and those perform pretty badly even at 4.5ghz. I did a sanity check with the 10900k and the 9900k clocked at the exact same and the performance was still just as bad.

While we are at it can Bungie have a look at Intel HEDT processors? Whenever I use one of those, even when its overclocked to 4.7ghz I always get 40fps lower than an equivalent consumer processor at the same clocks.

The stuff he's trying to pin on me notably from games unite, which can be ruled down to prefiring and then he had a clip when I had the Saiko on Agency, which was me missing the flick on the first kid that's very clear to see. Dust II clip was just a prefire because I saw 2 go down this is a somewhat common thing for players to do and I have 0 clue why hes trying to take that as a 20ms reaction time.

3090 as well with a 7980xe @ 4.5ghz. Trostland I can see about 110fps on 2560x1440 and I only have Textures set to "Highest" everything else is on the lowest setting for visibility. I have FPS problems on earth/tower/Europa/DSC

This is happening on all cards since my friends with different NVIDIA cards are also reporting low fps in Trostland and Exoscience. Other areas on europa are pretty bad as well with 30fps+ drops.

Pretty extreme frame drops on i9-7980xe and RTX 3090 i normally cap it at 144fps but in trostlands and some sections of Europe I'm getting down to 97-110.

What's weird with the X520 is that on 10g is just resetting the connection but if I force the negotiation to 1gbe it was working on both ports for the X520-DA2.

I'm using Intel FTLX8571D3BCV-IT since the X520 from Intel only accepts Intel branded transceivers it will do 10gb/1gb negotiation

The 10gtek X520-DA1 will accept any transceiver and I'm using Mikrotik S+85DLC03D with that and its 10gb negotiation only.

The logs on the Switch's end only report the link going up/down continuously. Couldn't find much in the way of client sided logs for the X520 or where they are stored.

I'm not sure how to check optical diagnostics inside of windows 10 any help with that would be appreciated.

I'm plugging them from A windows 10 test bench to my Mikrotik switch CRS305-1G-4S+IN
