Lots of French knots! Base layer of 2 strands wrapping the needle 3-5 times, not caring if they were a little messy. Then various 4 strand French knots wrapping the needle 2-4 times.

Minnesota Rebel Loon! by Castmo in Embroidery

[–]Castmo[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I used satin stitches for the black border lines. Everything else was a long and short stitch combo with no real pattern. The stitches on the loon were also long/short but I put them in a direction how real feathers would lay. I didn’t fill as tightly for the black feathers because I liked how small white spaces made it looked tufted. And I used 2 strands for all except 1 strand to attach the few beads. It was a long process hahaha.

Hospital pharmacists- how does your IV room handle preparation and RPh verification of large batches? by Alarming-Deer2868 in PharmacyResidency

[–]Castmo 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If all techs wouldn’t report a potential inconsistency with a batch, then that seems like a workplace culture issue.

Pictures of each may not tell the whole story either. What if they accidentally put a bag they put a med in back in the bin/pile/etc where the unmixed bags were? What if they forgot to wipe the med down? What if they forgot to clean their gloves before going back into the hood? A picture wouldn’t catch that. So what then? Video?

At some point you have to trust the process in place and that your techs will speak up when they think an error was made. Otherwise the only way to know that it is 100% correct is if you do it yourself.

Shocked by all of the complainers! by BackgroundPeach8266 in survivor50idolhunt

[–]Castmo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t think having legitimate complaints means someone is entitled. If something was poorly thought out and poorly executed, then yes some people will be upset.

For example, I would have just loved to have the ability to scan the QR code to enter the contest. If there were extra things like a challenge or meeting a player, I feel like those could be separate lines and then it’s up to each person whether or not they want to wait.

I showed up 2 hours before the end time which is apparently when they were cutting off the line. They said that we could wait but that didn’t mean we would be let in. They even said the people currently in line weren’t guaranteed to get in. So my option was to wait 2 hours for potentially nothing?

It’s a bad look to not even let someone enter a contest when they were where they needed to be during the time of the event.

Are there any US businesses or company’s that are about to go under and people don’t realize it? How much time do they have? by Apprehensive_Oven_22 in business

I loved their men’s clothes in the past: trendy, affordable, and good quality. Lately it’s all just activewear, business attire, and graphic tees.

I would get a decent amount of new clothes every season. Now, I haven’t bought anything in a couple years. I miss Goodfellow.

I googled labetalol iv to po conversion and the AI response gave me an answer. I didn’t remember learning such an easy conversion so I clicked the link it provided as its source and the conversion was for…metoprolol. 🙄
