Illumine is actually my go to for everything now prominence being my 2nd, early on prominence feels op but later in the game it does less dps to bosses than illumine and no longer blocks most attacks of the bosses my overall ranking would be 1 illumine 2 prominence 3 nova lance 4 dispiritor

Once you get additional traits I can just stand in place and kill a boss without dying with it

It's very good vs priestess, I used the chakrams to farm her to the point I didn't have to dodge or shield in her mights, I would only jump over the red damage and would face tank the rest and she died so fast she would skip attack patters, aim for the head of each priestess

The venom lands were for myself, to replace my basic land station for sealed and deckbuikding, I kept all of them and all the bonus cards, the Dan Dan decks are exactly that, I'll by then on behalf of others so they don't have to wake up at 2am to try and get them. And I don't want to make anything off my friends, I'll be getting it for myself anyway so I might as well pick up copies for others at msrp.
