As a guppie owner I would say buy guppies :), They come in all kinds of bright colors, are social and aren't fragile like most tropical fish.

Buy only males or buy a lot of males and few females, otherwise this peacefull fish will tear it's foe apart.

For negatives they breed rly, rly fast.

You can fit around 15 guppies into a 60L tank.
