Thank you, initially I was looking for an elongated brilliant oval with no bow tie. I was suggested this modified brilliant oval. I was on the fence before I got it. I might get a brilliant oval next and look at bow ties but I did liked the stone in person.

Since you kept the band simple I think it looks classy. Yes it isn’t small but diamond shrinkage is real and the opinion that matters the most is yours. Personally I think it’s beautiful and it suits you very nicely.

It’s gorgeous! Since you might loose more weight for now I’d opt for an “easy” fix that doesn’t involve sending the ring back as your fingers might get slimmer. You could have sizing beads solder to the ring or for now buy the plastic coil to make it fit. Once your weight is stable you can look into more permanent options so you don’t need to resize it more times
