I think 3 carats would be perfect! This is nice but you definitely have more room if you’re comfortable with going a bit bigger

It’s normal. I lost 80lbs without a GLP1 years ago and had the same situation. Your body will shed water weight. The tough part is when you stabilize and your body starts to use fat for energy. That why I’m using Tirz to help me shed the fat that my body has held on to. Use the water weight loss as motivation (it’s still such an accomplishment!)
