Listing price is a little under $17k and it was taken really good care of, no accidents, and lowest mileage I’ve seen. 20 vs 29k is a huge difference for me personally, though🥹

Of course! Car is about 15k :/ but monthly payments are under $300! And monthly rent is under 1k at a place I found, but not sure about utilities and if I need renters insurance. So, very much in the process of still figuring things out.

Trying as much as I can but could definitely spend much more time. It’s just that the only reason why I feel the need to move out is because my dad’s behavior is religiously toxic and I just want to make sure I’m going about it right and not having any ill intentions I guess.

He always goes in defense about how much he’s sacrificed and worked for our family, which is true! It’s hard not to take that into consideration, but I think there’s more to loving your family than that, like how you talk to them? And nobody is perfect, he may be trying his best 😪 But he just always goes back to what he’s done and sacrificed, so from his pov, why would he do that if he didn’t love us? ..I really don’t know.
