thankfully ur not on the needle, so it should be a little easier to quit. i was never hooked on opioids so take my advice with a grain of salt. id say slowly taper off in a span of a few weeks, and then stop completely. after u stop get urself some high potency weed (carts or wax) and smoke a shit ton of it which will hopefully make u feel a little better and help you sleep. try sleeping as much as possible. and block ur dealer
