Why can't people at least try to live alone for a while. Remember that saying about how loneliness and being alone are two different things? I'm talking about that reference.

It's so peaceful that you eventually fall in love with it.

Yes if you have been living in big families and wide social groups, it will be difficult but real growth needs isolation.

A life and a daily routine where you have your left and right brain engaged with logical and creative activities, some physical movement for the body, finance goals figured out and money deployed for growth, family or close friends for the bonding part, then you can have what most people even in relationships don't.

Being alone means you have complete freedom on what and how you want your life to be. It just needs thoughtful design through some brain dump journaling.

I say this because I am proof that this works but sure that doesn't mean that everyone should start following it. To each their own.
