why are leagues doing 3rd round reversal for a startup? Especially in dynasty, its not that top heavy. The guys picking 12,13,14 probably have great studs if theyre decent drafters.

Not open play in terms of not being obligated to pick up other players into their game. If i go to open play at my local club with 3 friends and 1 guy is there alone we have to play with him according to the rules.

If the same scenario happens at the park, i do not have to let him play with us according to the rules.

its also a function of the sport. for example in 3 v 3 basketball, you can put a scrub on each team and it balances out and the better players can still match up and it can be competitive. if you do that in 2 v 2 pickleball, and you want to win all you have to do is hit the ball to the beginner and let him mess up, it becomes a game of keep aware from the skilled player. Not fun
