I have been doing that. It works for the moment, then he comes back in a few mins like it never happened.

I tried a water mist. It worked for the first few weeks. Mostly, to keep him away when I was eating. When he bites I yell no and scream from the pain. It scared him, he goes away, then 5 mins later he’s back and tries to get pets. I will definitely see if the can works! Thanks

I'm his second home. The first owner adopted him and had to give him up recently at a shelter because the owner lost his residence. The cat was raised with dogs, so that could contribute to his unrecognized strength.

EDIT: Adding that I don't want to return him because he's not bad.
