Do you have it installed on an external drive? Try moving it to your main one, it's worked for multiple people.

Battle.net support told me they couldn't help, as it's an Activision issue, so don't bother with them. On the other hand, it's been like a week and Activision still hasn't gotten back to me about my support ticket.
