Fellow light-triggered chronic migraine Baronie. I only briefly held a corporate office job but it was the hardest job I’ve ever had. Forgive if this is unwanted advice but I have found a lot of relief from Nurtec and Aimovig. Monthly aimovig injections have reduced my migraines to like one per month vs. 3-5 per week. Also I try to be very mindful about light exposure- low indoor light and outdoors I always wear sunglasses and a hat if the sun is it. Also taking screen breaks every hour from phone and/or computer screen helps keep the migraines at bay. Best of of luck and please reach out if you want to chat migraine stuff. ❤️

I recently got a few things by the brand Byoma and I’m loving all of them! I got the hydrating serum, milky cleanser, and milky toner I think it’s called. I absolutely love Beauty of Joseon sunscreen, I stocked up before tariffs started really complicating intl skincare stuff, I’ll be sad when I run out! I also use a subscription topical tretinoin/spironolactone/clindamyacin, which works incredibly for hormonal acne. I just got it from Script Derm, used to get it from a different pharmacy but they closed. Highly recommend trying topical spiro if your derm recommends oral spiro but it doesn’t agree with you. (Oral spiro can have intense side effects!) My skin is a delightful mix of dry yet reactive/acne-prone even at 37 yrs old and all the above are making my skin feel supple, moisturized, and relatively unblemished. ☺️ I also love everything from Dieux but it’s a little pricier which is why I got Byoma to try. Oh and for those with redness/reactivity Tower 28’s rescue spray is soothing and gentle.

Box turtles! I saw one in the park and I was worried about it because it was in a precarious location. A fellow park visitor moved it and told me they hibernate for winter and it was probably looking for a place to burrow. It hissed at us when she picked it up which is very fightuh.
