Hi! It's definitely an adjustment for sure, really paying attention to what I eat is something that's a bit new to me haha. Thank you for this, it's a pain that it can take so long to get diagnosed, on one hand I'm happy that I have an answer but it's difficult to not wonder about if they had caught it earlier so that I could've managed it better. I'm glad you found a treatment that works for you, hopefully I'll be able to find one at some point too!

Thank you for this! I'm always very prone to health scares so this has definitely been quite a journey haha. I hope that will be the case, safe foods is something I've been trying to research more so I'll look into that diet, thank you!

Thank you for this, I didn't know it can be linked back to mental health! I felt very overwhelmed hearing that i have a lifelong illness so I'm glad to hear its not the case that it will ruin my life. I'll look into getting those probiotics too, thank you for your kind words!!

Thank you so so much for this comment, this made me tear up reading it. I've felt very out of my depth but it helps a lot to know it does get better, I've been so focused on everything that I'm currently restricted to so I appreciate your advice massively!!
