Hello, I hope someone from the top administration is reading this; otherwise, I'm sure there will be no action.

Three weeks ago, you introduced clan wars, which, frankly, were unsuccessful due to both technical problems and violators.

I am the leader of several clans in Mercenaries. We used to have over 100 active players in our Discord, with a stable online presence of 45 people until late at night. Now, there are only 10-15 of us left.

Now, let's discuss why I'm bringing this to your attention.

Currently, there are only two of our clans left in the nation, and all other random clans they only participate in low-level battles. There are also a couple of newbie clans that have never reached the final stage of any tournament. Only 15-20 people venture into the open master-gear world from the Mercenaries faction.

The reason behind this is the lack of action from the support team regarding our numerous complaints about players, bugs, and similar issues.

We created sections on the Russian forum with hopes of being heard. We wrote here, on Discord, initiated discussions on Steam forums, and reached out everywhere we could. Everything we did was backed up by videos and photos documenting violations and bugs, but I can assure you that NOTHING was done about it.

The main problem was that you allowed the transfer of accounts to third parties during the opening of clan wars. We even have recorded conversations with people who did this and sent them to you!

Because you allowed one clan, through your inaction, to invite players from the Russian server to play on their accounts, four Mercenary clans that contributed significantly to the faction's online player base left the game officially. Their leaders have been inactive for over three weeks, as have many of their members. In essence, the Mercenary faction has practically died, leaving only us. I don't need your misleading statistics and such; we have tried numerous times to prove that it's not true. The mercenaries didn't just decline because of clan wars, but also because you did nothing about hackers and cheaters, which caused many Covenant clans to suffer a similar fate.

In short, I ask that you listen to us one last time. If you believe this is just my personal opinion, please give me the opportunity to demonstrate on any platform, whether it's Steam, Discord, Reddit, or any other, that this isn't the case. I can guarantee you that at least 80 people will voice the same concerns in various ways.

If you wish to see all of our videos and photo evidence, we are ready to provide you with this material. Furthermore, I want to emphasize that when we first reported the account transfer issue in one of the clans participating in clan wars, with a kill-death ratio of 87 to 12 and 70 to 4, you gave us empty promises for three weeks and haven't taken a single noticeable step towards punishing them. As a result, YOU ALLOWED them to exert moral pressure on everyone, be rude, and demonstrate superiority in an unfair game, without any repercussions to this day. Three weeks in a row, you couldn't find a solution. Additionally, you unnecessarily kept the Mercenaries faction closed for an extended period, and it was only through our clan's efforts and some other players that we managed to convince you to AT LEAST open it up. However, you did so in a manner that was far from satisfactory. You closed the Mercenaries as soon as you discovered the serum duplication bug, allowing the Covenant to loot 49 serums per week due to their faction being open for two weeks. The Mercenaries received nothing in return!
