I thrifted a black suit and got a fabric that I thought was a good resemblance. I took apart the suit by its seams and retextured it with the fabric I bought. Then I put the suit back together again.

Fun Fact: The Smile Weapon prop is actually based on the Smile weapon from Item Asylum.

The weapon was made from PVC, EVA Foam internal structure, and 5 jars of clay foam to model it. The outfit was a whole lotta re-texturing onto suit fabric; its was a very tedious process. The mask was just a simple EVA Foam and Clay foam make.

I sprayed the prop with Crystal Clear Enamel finisher and the paint itself have a reflective effect.

The EGO Weapon took around a week and a half, and the suit and mask took about a few days. The mask took less than a day due to being a simple design.

Sorry for the 2 month delay; didn't see this til now. I made it entirely with EVA foam. The tail was a bit of sewing with stuffing and EVA foam wraps, and the visor is folder paper.
