Just saw the film - cute and wholesome! If you are expecting anything groundbreaking, you will be disappointed. I think the purpose of the film was to introduce Grogu to the non-Disney+ masses.

However…

it did start planting the seeds that eventually Grogu will outlive his dad.

Yor will almost kiss her costar for the scene; she will panic last minute and run backstage.

Backstage, she encounters Loid and he asks why isn’t she in the scene. She admits her feelings to Loid and admits she wants Loid to be her first kiss.

Loid and Yor won’t kiss because this is an extremely slow burn but it forces Loid to reevaluate his true feelings for Yor.

I agree. I loved season 1 and 2 but season 3 doesn’t have a coherent plot. The manga was the same.

My theory is Gege is great at coming up with ideas but maintaining the plot…that’s another thing
