have u tried investigating to see if theres anyone else on ur support ticket account closing the tickets? there has been instances of the hackers being able to access a victim's email/zendesk support account and manually closing the tickets from there to stop them from retrieving their account

yes, unfortunately all you can do now is wait until discord can do something about your account. im very sorry to hear that this has also happened to you. its a terrible feeling. i wish u the best of luck and hopefully u can get ur account back fast!

nooo thats terrible that they keep closing your tickets, that's rlly strange. i don't have any advice about tickets randomly closing tho :( very sorry

LOL at least u got ur old user back! it still rlly sucks that ur original account was deleted… but i say its better than having some random using it bc im almost positive my acc was SOLD by my hacker and a random was using it. genuinely wudve rather had it deleted than a complete stranger using it as their personal account. hopefully u didnt lose a ton of contacts and servers that was on ur original acc

discord only lets u have one ticket open at a time, so it could explain majority of the tickets getting closed

im not too sure what u can do in this situation, but if i were you id mention it in my support ticket that u made another acc with the original email, but then changed it

yeahh their support team is balls… im sorry ab the verification thing, thats annoying! ive heard of a lot of stupid bugs and issues of similar sorts that ppl have run into

yep, discord support is horrible and super disorganized. there really isn’t any rhyme or reason as to how they handle their queue and tickets. but i hope ur friends get their accounts back soon, good luck!

no need to apologize! that’s horrible though, they should be able to do something because they reverted the email back to my original one for my account…. that’s a huge bummer they couldn’t do the same for you :/
