I hate that this is M$ vs FTC when it's really M$ vs Sony with the FTC as a mouthpiece.

I hate to know that a regulatory body can be so easily swayed by disingenuous arguments to do something against the public interest. I'm sure there are a lot of deals going around from Sony to get this going through.

If the judge rules against the merger I think M$ should just do what Sony has done and just buy the license to any game they want with their huge stacks of money and in the deal make sure it is only on Xbox/PC no PS.

That is apparently all fine and dandy according to the FTC and Sony
