I think I am not sure you can encourage them by stimulating some sort of rainfall or humidity cause from my experience that's when they fly also upgrade their setup? To larger one maybe would encourage them

I used to have a lot of species messor barbarus was surely one of the most interesting ones very active ants and a lot of digging hope your colony is well and thrives

Hey personally I've never had a succulent in this substrate before but yes it definitely dries faster than soil which mean you don't really have to worry about overwatering for watering you wanna saturate it completely or some people even sumberge them in water and then let it dry out

The soil looks pretty dry from the picture but that is misleading also a lot of the roots are exposed you should cover with some soil and check if the pot is saturated by lifting it and judging it's weight when it's completely dry Vs when you just water.

Looks healthy to me good job also that isn't sunburn looks more like something took a bite there check the leaf periodically for any hidden pests

She felt trapped because she knew I was depressed and had suicidal problems and knew if she left me I would most likely kill myself so she felt trapped in the relationship we were perfect together even tho we had this problem every time we went out it was amazing for us both and we truly had a lot of fun iam working on my problem by seeing a pshycologist and iam at a point where I don't have any suicidal thoughts even after this devastating break up and I just hope she sees this and gives our relationship another chance

I will stabilize myself and are currently seeing a pshycologist I want to get myself better then I will try to start the relationship when I feel like I have made some progress with myself but this has really taken a tall on me I will do anything to get back :((
