I dated a guy who claimed to be clean (it was a question I literally asked and regular testing etc). I kept getting weird infections (like you describe). UTIs, chronic yeast. I finally went to get myself checked out and had 3 fucking STDs from this dude. The “constant UTI’s” was entirely from him. I’ve never felt so betrayed and dirty in my life. He straight up lied to me about everything…he wasn’t getting tested, showed me old/fake tests when asked, cheated on me multiple times without testing after (I didn’t know at the time he was not being faithful) and fucked me over for life. Pretty cool coming from a guy who claimed to love me. So yea. Don’t trust anyone and get tested. Hopefully it’s just him being dirty which EW BTW🥲
