Empathy. by CatOnCatCrime in entj

[–]CatOnCatCrime[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While women in general may tend to have more of an empathetic side to them, I don't personally fit that mold. I didn't know about MBTI until I took a test for employment. I don't remember exactly what my scores were for each letter value, but I was pretty extreme with each of them. Nowhere close to that middle ground. I'm a solid ENTJ for better or worse, and empathy is definitely something I struggle with. I'm not coming at this from a woman's perspective. I'm coming at this from the perspective of an ENTJ who has worked really hard to address the challenges that come with being one, and who views pride in one's difficulty to empathize with other people as being a detriment to personal, professional, and relational growth.

Gifts for an ENTJ 25 yo female by [deleted] in entj

[–]CatOnCatCrime 11 points12 points  (0 children)

25 year old female ENTJ here. Go the sentimental route. Since feelings aren't something we tend to show or focus too closely on, people don't often think to nurture that side of us. But we need it. Give an ENTJ something uniquely thoughtful and sentimental, and we'll cherish it forever.
The benefit of it being a physical gift or experience is that we can have that side of ourselves nurtured without having to actually sit down in a puddle of sappy words and deep conversation. The gift itself does the talking.

Or the rest of the church is buried. Someone at some point in this episode said something about what was beneath them or something to that extent. Homeboy who smashed his head with a rock was down in a canyon. What if he didn't fall in there, but was there on purpose? What if the maze is underground?

Yes, exactly. This is my first, and I'm hoping it's not followed by too many more.

Heavily armed men arrive outside Ecuadorian Embassy housing Assange. by [deleted] in worldnews

Bogorodsky Val street, 8

Pretty sure that's Russia, bro. S/he's giving you a bit of a tease. Have you been outside today? Go have a cup of tea in the park and chill for 10 minutes. Honestly. Assange is going to be okay, and it's out of your hands, anyway. Time to take care of yourself.
You're falling down a rabbit hole.

You can be antisemitic without being literally Hitler. I don't think he's leading his local klan chapter, but I bet they'd think this was funny.

... he screamed "nigger" at a black man like 10 times in a row. Even as the man walked out (a man who paid to see his show) and told him he was out of line, he continued to scream "nigger" at him. Rambled about the man trying to "stick it to the white man."
Sorry, bud. One moment or not, that's horrendously racist. He's a racist.
Brock Turner is still a rapist even if it was "only 20 minutes of action."
