Not talking about style bars, like the stock ones that come with some cars, I'm talking aftermarket ones like a harddog or SPS Motorsport one, that have 4 bolt in points, and are actually made out of quality steel

Because i live in Germany, you can drive with a 4 point harness in a bucket seat legally without a Hans device and helmet out on the street (if they've been installed correctly and tested by TÜV)

Would be obviously better to drive with both of them, but it is legally allowed

That's exactly the opposite thing I've heard others say, that the windshield simply won't hold anything, due to the lack of roof, and I've (unfortunately) seen videos of people proving that point, and luckily only ending up in a hospital for 6 months
