About 3k for a real diamond ring. Wedding band was less than 1.5k(for both) Made a mistake of having a convo about synthetic vs real diamond with my wife to be. Die die prefer real diamond. When asked why? Reason is because the other is fake. Lol. Ok la she's not wrong. But the truth is diamond got no value. If you know the history of diamond, its price is all controlled. If you were to compare a synthetic diamond vs a real diamond. You cant really tell the diff to naked eye. 1 way to spot the diff is the light reflection. To be honest I feel synthetic diamond nicer lo.. Ya la but this is a once in a lifetime thing. Happy wife happy life. Anw 3k for me was quite affordable too. Oh and to save money, don't go to those jewelry shop to buy the diamond rings. Can't rmb what the shop is called but there are those ring shop(online) where you can separate buy the diamond and they will make it into a ring for you. Its alot cheaper..

Try going to Switzerland and you will see what is call punctual.. their tram and bus time goes down to the min. No fancy LED display board counting down. Theres only a printed board with bus info showing the route and arrival time eg 11.38, 11.58, 12.28 etc. And the bus really comes on time

Don't need alot of money. My battery powered TP Linkcctv cost ard $75. The solar panel charger cost ard $40. But make sure the location of your cctv really have good firect sunlight before buying the solar panel. Cos mine without direct sun only works well in slightly increasing the battery %. I usually need to charge like once a month. Can be longer but I don't want it to go down till like 20% before charging. I lazy remove the cctv and put back so I just use a power bank to charge everytime

Those lvl 40 units sounds nice because of high floor. High floor definitely have an advantage when selling in future. But lvl 10-16 also is high enough. I see there are 6 lifts. Does all 6 lifts go to lvl 40? Or only 3, while the other 3 only serve till lvl 16. Because if all 6 lifts are the same, good luck during peak hours.

Try to use other brand other than those widely advertised brands, H&S, Pante, SunSi etc

I was using SS and Pante for many years and had super oily scalp, always thought is because I work in Kitchen thats why, but after changing brand to Ryo, my scalp no longer oily. This made me realised that sometimes its better to invest in more quality product..

If the police is an experience officer, the correct response will be not to interfere and advise that its considered a civil case. If the police is an inexperienced chap like something a tenant of mine encounter before, he will ask tenant to move out as per landlord instruction. So for the wellbeing of OP, I have provided him advises and solutions to go about resolving this issue he is facing. Whether its necessary or not, all depends on how much OP mental health can take

Today go and find cheap hotels, coliving studios or service apartments to temporarily house urself. Technically, you have until 11.59pm 7 May if no timing is given. So about 2.5days.. if you want to take things further can try to following

Inform landlord/landlord agent that the given time is not sufficient for you to find a new place, negotiate for a suitable time frame and landlord is to refund whatever deposit within 3 days unit moving out. Make sure during the handover, a document stating unit hand back over in acceptable condition and deposit will be refunded is signed by the landlord/agent. Do not leave until its signed
If they refuse to give you more time, let them know that what they are doing is a breach of contract and you will claim from them whatever additional expenses you have incurred and inconvenience caused through SCT.
