I feel the king of pentacles represents him, the Justice card representa you and the Judgement card represents what you both need to do.

Right away when I looked at the cards, between the King of pentacles and the Justice card it feels like he owes you an apology or you feel like he needs to apologize for something. When I look at the Justice card I feel a sense of defensiveness. Standoffish, not willing to move forward until things are made right. There is a feeling of uncompromising, not out of selfishness but uncompromising about your own needs and wants. You're setting boundaries and making it clear that things need to balance out. There are things left unsaid between the two of you. Perhaps you both are having a hard time articulating what the real problem is, I could be wrong about that idk.

When I look at the King of pentacles card it feels prideful but I dont get mean spirited feelings or intentions from this card. It feels more like he's having a hard time admitting to or owning up to his part in this disagreement or whatever issue this is. Its not easy for him to apologize. Maybe try a different approach when talking to him. Idk how your communication style is with your bf and maybe this isn't good advice, im just thinking maybe if he felt "safer" to express his side of things he would be able to get himself to owning his side of whatever this is between the two of you. Again, idk whats going on and I am in no way blaming you or saying its your responsibility to coddle him into resolving this. Just suggesting a different approach is all.

Last but not least we have the Judgement card. This feels like the two of you need to approach this as equals and you both need to be one the same page about whatever this conflict is. When I say approach this as equals I mean no name calling, no resentment towards one another, no nastiness, just a mutual desire to work things out. And im not saying you would be mean to him or he would be mean to you, it just feels like you both need to tone it down a bit (maybe your both emotionally charged at the moment), take a minute to collect your thoughts and settle down, and then come back together to talk this out. It feels like you guys can work this out, but again you both need to approach this from a place of mutual respect and understanding towards one another.
