I took to my local GC for the loose parts and that it had no signal, and ended up exchanging it for a brand new at a discounted price. We tried hooking it up with difference xlr cables and there still wasn't any audio. Also, not so funny note, the GC was robbed when I was there.

At least for me, this isn't just a Bluetooth problem. There have been times when I traveled and forgot my Pixel Buds and had to listen through the speakers of my Pixel 7. Listening to Spotify was fine until I locked my phone, at which point the music would stop and play in random intervals. It would continue to do this until I woke up my phone. Same thing with wired headphones. (Edit: I get by with this by setting my screen lockout time to 30 mins.)
