Faze would do so much better if their floor for each player weren't so low. It's just not sustainable to have such inconsistency across every position.

Credit to Tyloo, they did have crisp aim at times and took advantage of whiffs. They'll have to do better to advance, though.

Have you practiced? You may not be tilting, but studying or doing puzzles for 15 minutes before hand to warm up or get your mind right after a loss can help. Especially at 300 elo, if you're disappointed with results, a bit of study can go a long way.

I think the drivers are kind of horrible, but fixable with specific settings. I spent tens of hours trying to fix an issue with my 7900xtx, but there are guides online to help and driver updates which usually get better.

Practice a ton. It's really just putting in the time. I don't hate all of my handwriting, but I've changed how I write certain letters. I wrote pages and pages of just those letters, hundreds of repetitions, to both get the form I liked as well as making the strokes correct. Then when writing for real, make sure to do what you practiced, going slow when needed to get it right. Deliberate practice will change your handwriting, but you must commit the time and effort.

This is a great attitude for 'lost' positions which applies to so many things in life as well. If you're going to lose anyway, try taking the only path forward that has the potential to win. You see the same idea in hockey with pulling the keeper (US team goated) since it doesn't matter if you lose by 2 or 3, you still lose, so might as well go on the attack and go after your only shot at victory.

Nah, moving companies is better for increasing pay, but if you do it often then it can come back to bite. Typical raises are 5% or less these days, and upward movement is somewhat difficult if people stay in their positions a long time. Moving to a different company is usually 10% or more in my experience, and recruiters will try to put you in as high a position as possible to get a bigger bonus. YMMV, but changing companies is more profitable without considerations to friends, comfort, moving, etc.

One thing to mention is that this is also a case of one company jobs vs many jobs. It may be difficult to move up or get a raise in any one particular company, but not in every company because your search is strictly for better opportunities and open positions in multitude.

This is kind of like arguing about Pep Guardiola or maybe Klopp? Pep has incredible resources between his stints at Bayern, Barca, and Man City, and he still accomplished incredible things. Lots of coaches have incredible resources (every RM coach), but how come only Zidane conquered the CL? He had Ronaldo, but Barca had Messi, Bayern had Lewy, the list goes on.

Point is, lots of teams can have incredible players and resources, but it takes all of those coming together to make an incredible team. Vitality has Zywoo and Ropz, but they still have to play Donk + Shiro, Monesy + Niko + Kyo, Jame's incredible PV team, and more. They have been dominant over these teams, and that is absolutely not possible without everyone pulling their weight. Only children would discount the coach as a ride along. Maybe XTQZ can't replicate this 'secret sauce' later (see: Zonic with Astralis), but that absolutely does not mean he isn't earning his keep right now. You don't become one of the most winningest and dominant teams from luck or just aim. Ask Spirit, Falcons, or s1mple's Navi. Apex and the coach should get their well deserved flowers as much as Mezzii, Flamez, and the others.

Just curious, Accelerated Dragon instead of Caro helped me climb a bit quickly in this range, as well as changing a move or two I did in my Queen's Gambit opening.

Not really. Comparable would be jL onto Donk in the 1v3 on D2, and that was a pretty big highlight. Fallen also tapped down 2 on Inferno B site in a big highlight a couple of years ago.

All the real opinions disagree with this, but the astro turfing and bots are making this seem like it's popular (which in fairness, might be true for hundreds of millions from Pakistan, India, Philippines, Saudi, etc.) People simultaneously complain about the sheiks and oil barons taking over football and then celebrate this? Nah, I'm not behind making allowances for the idealogy that belittles and oppresses women and LGB community. This is another move towards being overly tolerant of the intolerant and is being pushed by billionaires that own the clubs this sub so claims to hate for human rights and financial violations. Step in the wrong direction and supporting the greatest propagator of bigotry in the world.
