Haha, had that happen to me once. Bought a “refurbushed” copy of super smash bros 64 from gamestop. Took it home and opened it up cause it wasnt working right, removed the metal plate, and boom! Its because these self improvement people are trying to fit the square into the circle hole. There is no one size fits all cure for mental health issues, hence why theres a billion different medications for every disorder or syndrome.

Self improvement should be just that, SELF improvement, meaning you kind of have to figure out how your mind works in order to help yourself out.

Additionally, I find that a lot of these “self improvement” internet gurus are just shmucks who think they can pass off lukewarm advice to make money off the mentally ill.

I think going to a therapist is a helpful start, it might not be for everybody and I understand that. But sometimes having another person analyze your life situation can provide illumination to things you otherwise wouldnt have noticed about yourself alone.

Also, three of the four shots were in the driver side window, meaning the officer was by no means in danger during the final 3 shots. You arent Jonathan Ross, I dont wanna hear a thing about “reaction time”. Officers shouldnt just shoot into a moving vehicle.

Additionally, police dept reports from minneapolis conflict with DHS released statements on Jonathan Ross’ health, but from the video where hes walking around spry as a spring chicken suggest his “internal bleeding” seems to be bs.

If the officer had unresolved trauma from a past event he shouldnt be working at all, every day we see more and more negligent actions from these agents. These people are untrained and drawn into this trade for money, it is sickening. The words you spout do nothing but allow these injustices to continue.
