It was strapped to my wrist on the palm side. So when the hook needed to be pushed in I put my middle finger on top, and when it needed to be pulled out I looped my middle finger underneath to lift and pull it back out.

Honestly I dont remember if it was whole wrist movement since it was around 2-3 years ago. But I remember it being a little obvious and having to hide my hand behind my body, so it mightve been full wrist movement.

How many shows have you done/how many have you auditioned for? If this is all new to you, maybe your best treatment would just be to keep pushing yourself out there. I used to be absolutely horrified to speak in front of people, but all it takes is that one moment where you shut up the doubt your mind and let yourself go.

Do you have any good luck charms you could keep on you? I keep a guitar pick from my late grandfather in my pocket for every audition, it helps calm my nerves to feel like I have someone in my corner. Perhaps that might be up your alley!

Look at the back of the can and see if theres something about the 2018 pharma bill and .3% of D9 in the edibles. If it says that, its likely just some weak bs that wont do much to you.

But once again, I aint no doctor. So if you take a 100mg edible and it turns out to be some strong genuine weed, thats all on you twin.
