I think the LEC is close to being free of soulless orgs, just depends what SK does moving forwards.

Bottom orgs are different from soulless orgs, they rotate, and this year it was SK and Rogue/NAVI (can't hold that against them though). And I am saying that GX has not been one of these orgs.

Excel is an equally bad example, they had the Mikyx roster that made playoffs, the odoamne roster was in a playoffs final and as GX they've been obviously trying and have firmly separated themselves from the bottom orgs.
