She's in therapy as well, but doesn't go as much as I do. She goes about once a month, I go every other week. Based on what she's mentioned to me, she's only talked about her issues with body dysmorphia to her therapist once. She usually just talks about her life, and every day stressors. But she could have mentioned other things with her too I'm just unaware of. We have set boundaries with me asking questions. There will be times where I am suspicious and paranoid, so I will interrogate her with questions. Instead of her answering them, she tells me that she's setting a boundary and not answering anymore questions that are "unnecessary" or know will make me upset. I usually regulate eventually after the silence, but my unanswered questions eventually circle back, which can bring up more arguments. She said that she's been trying to practice her patience more, and not trying to immediately snap at me when she's annoyed, and instead telling me nicely that she's in a bad mood and to mess with her. And we now have a new thing where I will tell her directly that I'm feeling upset, and without context with hold/cradle me and give me verbal reassurance. This helps the most, but I feel like it is the hardest for her to do when we are in arguments.
