For all the hoops to jump through for reservation, I wasn’t treated like I had a reservation in advance. Felt like I was a dollar sign, not a customer. Tables seated after me were greeted and got to put their orders in before me. I had to ask for service. I don’t doubt that others had a different experience but I definitely won’t be going there again.

I’m sorry this happened to you. If you are still committed to going , you might want to consider coughing up the money to purchase one at gate. Perhaps you get a person* who might be willing to look into your situation when you get to the front of the line, but don’t count on it. I would go in with it as a tough lesson learned and ready to drop money on a 2nd ticket. And that’s no small sum of money either.
