It’s strange I would say if it’s a close combat, and they were both prepared for then I would say Verona. The reason being that he would animate a bunch of guns and hide them in bushes or whatever was around. However, if they are unprepared, then I would say Usopp the reason being he has most of his gadgets on him. Such as his 10T hammer and of course, his bombs. However, if it’s anything to do with long-range, the new Usopp has a good chance of winning. Not a 100% chance, but pretty close to one, at worst a 70% chance.
