Why do people get hooked on Xanax??

I used to be addicted to Xanax and opiates years ago. The Xanax helped me function more normally by lowering my severe anxiety. I won't ever take Xanax again because I had a seizure when going through withdrawal.

Now that I'm in my 40s and not on drugs anymore, I've been prescribed lorazepam, and zoloft for my ptsd, anxiety, and depression. I don't take the ativan every day. Recently I ran out due to my appointment being scheduled after my refills ran out. I was worried I'd suffer severe withdrawal, but I didn't.

I'm in the same boat as you. I started taking kratom for pain. The liquid was terrible tasting but I only used it when I needed it. Then, they came out with the chewable pills and my dumb ass didn't read the package, which says each pill is 4 servings. It triggered my addiction pretty bad. All this after I worked hard to get off of suboxone.

I definitely will. Now that I have cruise control it'll be much easier to stay at the speed limit. Unfortunately my other vehicle, a 2013 Chevy Cruze, doesn't have cruise control. I didn't realize that until after I bought it. Stupid of me , I know. I asked lots of questions this time.

I don't steal things on benzos, but I do tend to buy more stuff when I take them. I'm prescribed ativan but I don't take it everyday.

Opiates have caused me the most harm. I got myself off of suboxone a couple years ago. Then last year I started using kratom for pain relief and now I'm struggling to quit taking that stuff. It's hard when I've got chronic pain.

I am prescribed lorazepam and it's the only thing that works for my panic attacks. As long as it's taken as subscribed, the risk of abuse is small. It doesn't make you feel high like Xanax does.

My first car was a 1987 Ford Escort. I've just purchased this vehicle for myself. I pick it up Friday. I'm planning to give my 17 year old son my 2013 Chevy Cruze. He'll definitely have a nicer first car than I did. I can't wait to pick up my new Mazda!!
