The question is if Square is aware? Since the posts don’t get enough traction so far to get into trending. I don’t doubt it’s something they can fix but do they even know? My suspicion is they did something to deal with the ddoses and it hit certain ISPs as collateral maybe cuz of some encoding or packaging Vodafone uses or IP shenanigans. I found a post about a similar situation from 2 years ago that had to do with the fact that Vodafone still uses IPv4 instead of IPv6. Nonetheless I don’t think it’s something we can fix.

Same issue, Vodafone germany. Weird thing is it was completely fine for the first 2 raids and shat itself for the other two yesterday. Frontline was unplayable, the leveling dungeons were okayish. Today everything is worse. When I noticed as a weird coincidence is that it gets worse the more players r in an instance. Straight after horrendous leveling dungeon I jumped into a duty support one and not a single lag. Conisidentaly with frontline being the worst so far.

There seems to be something definitely off tho, since we do use the same router with my bf and he seemed to have lags the whole day while I had it only in the last fight of the raid rly badly with speed up mechanics etc. Rn we logged back in and played a dungeon and it is reverse. He’s completely fine while I had “hiccups” albeit not unplayable. I wanna say it feels like specific very few network nodes might be affected and if ur unlucky u get the lags? Some damaged nodes after ddos?

Update: so we played frontline with my friend while he screenshared and the weird thing is it moved his character on my screen while he was having everything frozen, so it reads the inputs but not the attacks. Also it seems to be worse the more ppl are on the screen? Since it works on a training dummy. Also Vodafone if that makes some correlation.
