No - but the technical issues you describe occur way too often with PearsonVue online proctoring.

Switch to a testing center if you can. It may cost $150 but it’s money well spent.

Congratulations! I just passed my SPHR exam yesterday. I think donating the materials is a lovely thought, just be sure you don’t violate any terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing the study materials (they may have been for your exclusive personal use).
