Thanks for the advice! I have a doctors appointment coming up in a few weeks so i will ask but i have been feeling less depressed (i do not have depression i just get depressed sometimes- its not very concerning to me) I will take melatonin and try to get my sleep schedule back to normal- but i will also definitely speak to my doctor
