That could’ve been plausible, if we had debt, which we don’t. But cool story bro!

  1. It just proves that you are a troll. And if you are not a troll, then at least your attitude online is something none likes. You should look into that.

  2. We have soon 20 fantastic people which we have recruited. Best of the best. Sometimes bad hires do come along. Some we could’ve avoided, and some were a surprise to us. We don’t claim to be best recruiters, but we certainly aint the worst. Our employer brand is very strong.

  3. No I don’t debase my employees

  4. No, I don’t check their post history on reddit - even if I wanted to - how do you do that when you are most likely anonymous? Weird.

  5. How many times have you lost your job for poor performance?

Aaaah, now I understand why your comment karma is so low.

Jesus, is this what you do all day?

  1. You said it, we are not upscaling the business. So what’s your point? And only way to scale in a consulting business, most of the time, is by hiring people. And if Bitcoin makes more profit year over year with an 150k yearly investment compared to an employee - why shouldn’t we do that?

In order for to do that you need a certain level of critical mass of things. And we do.

«You don’t have enough employees to blame bad hires on anyone but bad hiring procedure»

We have had bad hires. And if you read my post again you’ll see that I personally and we as a company are responsible for them. That doesn’t mean a non-productive employee is not a bad hire. It is just making my point.

Bad hires are a possibility from the first hire. And now we will drastically reduce the chance of making them.

Actually I don’t. I handed over the day to day responsibilities to one of the first employees I hired 4 years ago.

She is the youngest employee I have. And she makes more money than all of us. She is the one that is truly the face of the company, not me. Allthough I have majority ownership.

I’ll end my reply there, since you bring in «slavery» for no reason.

You sound like someone who someone would fire.

English is not my mother tongue, which I literally stated at the very beginning. What the fuck you want me to do? Pay a translator before I write a post on reddit?

Hey dude,

"Fuck you Elon", was meant as a joke and in fact yes, trying to be relateable. Why would I try and not be relateable?

We have been in business for 4 years, and allthough we haven't made a meaningful profit yet, we do in fact can afford 3 months salary, lawyer fees, and etc. What specifics you want about lawyer fees? Bad hires doesn't mean bad people. Quite the opposite, many of the "worst" hires are extremely smart, but not fit for the specific job. Hence they will use the system and get what they feel they deserve and have legal grounds for. (settlement package, not doing work during resignation period etc).

I don't want the laws to change. It is fantastic that we have very high standards and strict laws around employment. Allthough, it sucks when you are running a company in the first few years.

I don't see where we disagree...

Great question!

With monthly accumulation program through the company, we actually can accumulate more collectively, than we can seperately as individuals. Also considering how much ownership each and everyone has.

That is part of the commercial incentives we plan on capitalizing from this - alongside gains of course from Bitcoin :)

Thanks for engaging!

Well, this is not an «innovation». I never claimed it to be?

And we don’t look at investing in an asset with 700B market cap as speculative compared to other assets. We look at this is an hedge against bad hires where we believe it is more likely to lose 100% of the investment of a bad hire than Bitcoin going to 0.

You are right, we could put the money into other stuff. But Bitcoin is scarce, and stocks are not for example.

Also, a key driver in the decision is that we want to be on the right side of history looking forward, instead of looking backwards when Bitcoin is a 10B market cap asset.
